Achievers Ghana Launches the Training for Trainers Bootcamp
Achievers Ghana has officially launched the Training for Trainers Bootcamp, a transformative program designed to empower young girls with cutting-edge tech skills. This bootcamp brought together 45 girls, all of whom are receiving intensive training in emerging technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT) using Arduino Uno and other components, Vex Robotics, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, and Web Development.

The main purpose of this 30-day program is to equip girls with the necessary skills and confidence to train others, creating a ripple effect of knowledge transfer in their communities. The bootcamp fosters leadership and mentorship, preparing the participants to take on roles as trainers, educators, and advocates for digital literacy.
Through hands-on training and practical applications, these girls are being prepared to become role models in their communities, inspiring other girls to take an interest in STEM fields. The Training for Trainers Bootcamp is a key initiative for building a strong foundation of female leaders in technology, aligned with Achievers Ghana’s mission to bridge the gender gap in STEM education.
With this initiative, Achievers Ghana continues its dedication to creating pathways for girls to thrive in a technology-driven world.
